##About

Gets or sets whether or not filter values cascade by default. Filter cascading is a feature which means that filters higher on the filter order list will constrain the values available in filters lower down the list. For example, if a report has three filters: Country, City, and OrderDate, and we select a given value for Country, then the only possible values that can be selected for City or OrderDate will be ones with a match for the current Country. Selecting a City will further limit the number of values possible for the OrderDate filter to the already selected filter values.
